ReAcToR pLuS+ 1.0 is an mIRC war and channel management script bundled with StarRBot 1.03, providing flood attacks (CTCP, DCC bomb, version flood), flood protection, channel takeover automation, clone/IRCop scanning, channel statistics, auto-kick/ban features, and WinNuke integration. It includes a separate bot component (StarRBot) with automated channel management, anti-idle, swear kick, and text response files.
