StatMan99 collects and displays IRC channel statistics (total users, chanops, non-ops, voiced, IRCops, here/away counts, average hops) by issuing a WHO query and processing the results in a GUI dialog. It also includes a built-in HTTP web server that serves the collected stats and a live chat stream as HTML pages.
