An mIRC-based HTTP web server implemented as a combination of an mIRC script (mws.mrc) and a companion C++ DLL (mws.dll) that parses MHTML files — HTML documents with embedded mIRC script blocks — to dynamically generate web pages. Supports CGI query string parsing, recursive file includes, basic anti-spam rate limiting, and in-page mIRC alias definitions.
