Adds a floating quick-launch toolbar to mIRC with up to 10 configurable program shortcut buttons, a URL address bar, and a live clock display. Supports resolution presets (1024x768 and 800x600) and Windows XP appearance detection via MDX.dll and tooltip.dll.
