A standalone executable that integrates with the mIRC scripts editor and displays a filterable popup menu of mIRC commands, events, and identifiers when the user presses CTRL+SPACE. The menu shows contextual hints for each item and supports English and Russian interfaces, transparency, autorun, and single-instance enforcement.
