File Runner X (FRX) allows users to run any file type and send a corresponding CTCP request to a channel, query, or DCC chat window, similar to how mIRC handles WAV and MID files with /SOUND. It supports drag-and-drop, a favourite files list, scheduled and quick timers, file associations with custom paths and programs, and long filenames with spaces.
