<span id="20" style="display: none">It doesn't play a sound by default, however, you can put a file named alarm.wav in the sounds\ folder which will then be played when the alarm timer runs out.<br><br></span>

<span id="19" style="display: none">Since version 3.71, NoNameScript uses a more secure way to store passwords. If a password editbox is empty and green, it means that a password you previously entered is set. If it is white, it means you edited the password since you started the setup. Red editboxes indicate that there is no password set.<br>Your passwords are stored in your nnscript\passwords\ folder. Never send these files to anyone!<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('21'); return false;">Why don't I see the topics on some/all channels?</a>
<span id="21" style="display: none">While many users think that this is a problem of the script they're using, it is most often caused by netsplits on the IRC network itself. If you don't see a topic, try to connect to a different server of the same network or ask a channel operator to reset the topic. It's not a NoNameScript problem!<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('18'); return false;">What the hell is "foobar" in the MP3 controls?</a>
<span id="18" style="display: none">foobar is a freeware audio player designed for best performance. If you rather want your audio player to play music instead of just looking pretty and wasting resources, you can take a look at it <a href="http://foobar2000.hydrogenaudio.org/" target="_blank">here</a>! <span id="2" style="display: none">You can't. amp_in.dll currently only supports WinAmp 2 and 5.<br><br></span>

<span id="17" style="display: none">You can just add your own servers to the list by adding them in ALT+O —› Connect —› IRC. Be sure to fill out the "Group" editbox with something like "MyOwnNetwork". From now on, "MyOwnNetwork" will appear in the auto-connect and favorite servers lists.<br><br></span>

<span id="3" style="display: none">Try to set your desktop color depth to 32-bit. If that doesn't help, turn off preview caching in F11 —› File —› Settings... —› Cache.<br><br></span>

If you have a slow machine and the script takes up too much CPU load or RAM, try turning off some features. Here are a few suggestions:
<ul>
<li>Minimize mIRC if you're playing CPU-intensive games.
<li>Part big channels.
<li>Turn off all newstickers.
<li>Turn off auto-away on idle.
<li>Turn off automatic log-loading in new windows.
<li>Turn off the channel hider/query closer.
<li>Turn off the channel protections if they aren't needed.
<li>Turn off the onjoin clone- and comchan-scanner.
<li>Turn off the tray icon and balloon tips.
<li>Turn off theming.
</ul>
If you notice any lags, especially try to turn off things like newstickers, anti-idle or the e-mail checker.<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('5'); return false;">How can i hide joins/parts/quits?</a>
<span id="5" style="display: none">Right-click on a channel in your channel bar and select "Events...". There you can make various settings. When you're finished, right-click in a channel window, go to "Channel options" and click "Apply events".<br>If you want to change the settings for all channels, change them in ALT+O —› IRC —› Events...<br><br></span>

This problem is not limited to NoNameScript. When this occurs it is most likely due to two reasons:
<ol>
<li>The user name is too long. Some Networks will only allow 8 characters for a nickname. QuakeNet allows 15.
<li>The user name contains characters other than alpha or numeric characters like this: !@#$%&*()_-<br>Although there are some of these characters allowed in nicknames on the QuakeNet IRC Network, the user may get the message that his/her username is bad.

<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('7'); return false;">Why do some themes show weird ÄÄ/ÿÿ characters?</a>
<span id="7" style="display: none">You need to install the fonts in the NNScript\fonts\ folder for those themes to be displayed properly. To do so, just move them to your Windows\fonts\ folder.<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('9'); return false;">Why do I suddenly get random errors?</a>
<span id="9" style="display: none">One or more of the script files were probably damaged due to a PC crash or another issue. The solution is simple, just get the latest update off <a href="http://www.nnscript.de/downloads.php" target="_blank">nnscript.de</a> and extract it into your NoNameScript directory after you quit the script, all your settings will be kept and your script should be back to normal.<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('10'); return false;">All the settings are gone on restart!</a>
<span id="10" style="display: none">Close mIRC before shutting down windows. If you don't do this it is very likely that some script files don't get updated or otherwise damaged due to the way mIRC handles them (see Q above).<br><br></span>

<span id="11" style="display: none">You can download MTS themes at <a href="http://www.mircscripts.org/files.php?type=theme" target="_blank">mircscripts.org</a> (where you can also learn how to make your own themes). You can install themes by simply putting the .zipped files into the script\themes\ directory.<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('12'); return false;">How can I create my own themes?</a>
<span id="12" style="display: none">Creating own MTS themes is relatively easy. First you should take a look at the <a href="http://www.mircscripts.org/mts/MTS%201.1%20Themer%20reference.txt" target="_blank">MTS 1.1 Themer reference</a>. To get a better understanding of how themes work you can also take a look at the .mts files in the script\themes\ directory.<br><br></span>
<li><a href="#" onclick="swap_content('13'); return false;">Where is [insert random feature here]?</a>
<span id="13" style="display: none">If you're missing something, it's most probably already in the mIRC options. Press ALT+O and look through the options before privmsging me, 80% of the "missing" features brought to me by the users are already in mIRC by default.<br><br></span>

<span id="15" style="display: none">psyBNC support has been tested on version 2.3 and 2.3.1 which is the latest stable release as of this writing. If you have an older version or a newer beta of psyBNC the script <b>might</b> not always work as intended.<br></span>
