Build 430 (Alpha 5)

 [Fixes]

  Minor bug (and a typo) in Control Panel
  /writeini errors in Control Panel
  Auto-limit was sometimes setting the same limit

  Typo in notice/warning/question dialog code which prevented multiple instances of it
  Typo in channel adding routine

  Made a workaround for playing files with spaces (mIRC bug I think)
  Added option to MP3/WAV/MID configuration to use mIRC's internal player

  Idle time was not resetting when setting back (could cause auto-idle)

  Axis Update now displays the real transfer speed (instead of average speed)

  Fixed temp ban reason displaying 0secs instead of actual ban-time
  Fixed the input request dialog; you can now enter longer lines
  Fixed the graphical lag bar not disappearing/updating when disabling it
   or when mIRC is inactive
  Fixed the 'not an op' error message bug when joining an empty channel
  Fixed the channel IRCop scan (it scanned the server or nothing)
