I leave the usage documentation inside of the script, so...
From the script file:

**
** Script name: nmp v1.9 (nomorepasting)
**
**
** Useage:
**
** * /nmp [-dsc] [channel|nick]
** -- The switches are optional.
**
** -- 's' messages your active window.
** This will not trigger if it's your status window,
** or an @window. You can specify a channel or nick.
**
** -- 'd' opens the nmp dialog.
**
** -- 'c' will force a close on the nmp socket.
** note that this should not be needed.
**
** * /getnmp [-dc] <ID>
** -- The switches are optional, but <ID> is a must.
**
** -- 'd' Is meant to be used alone, it opens the getnmp dialog.
**
** -- 'c' If there is a "getnmp" being processed, it will close it,
** and start a new one.
**
** * /getnmpcatcher [on|off]
** This just turns the "catcher" off or on. [on|off] is optional,
** will toggle between on and off if neither is specified.
** Default setting is "on"
**
*/

Note on the /getnmp command:
When you fetch a paste, the contents of the paste are stored in a text file
inside of your $scriptdir, this is the "getnmp.txt" file.

Couple notes about the dialog:
"To: [Active (say)]" -- If you press Paste!, this will
message your active window with your link.

"HL: [mIRC]" -- This makes nomorepasting.com use mIRC as
			the default "syntax highlighting" on
			the website.

"[Paste!]" -- This will paste the contents of the editbox to the site.
Note that this uses the "To:" and "HL:" combo boxes.

"[Fetch:]" -- This will fetch a paste from www.nomorepasting.com by ID.

"[Load?] -- This allows you to load a script from the dialog,
or from the temporary getnmp.txt file.

"Link: [ ]" -- For convenience, the link you fetch/pasted will also be
displayed here. (Your paste will still use the "To:")
