	Step 1. Unzip .zip file into your mIRC directory.
	Step 2. Type //load -rs " $+ $findfile($mircdir,scanner.mrc,1) $+ "
	Step 3. Answer "Yes" if a popup box comes up.
	Step 4. You are ready to use IP Scanner.

	After instalation, check your popups.

	This addon is used to scan IP of users in channels. IP scan 
	uses wildcard by default, so you can check all users with 
	same part of IP at once. Once selected IP is scanned, if you're
	OP in that channel, you can choose whether to KICK/ BAN / KICKBAN
	all users.
