	Step 1. Unzip .zip file into your mIRC directory.
	Step 2. Type //load -rs " $+ $findfile($mircdir,quotemanager.mrc,1) $+ "
	Step 3. Answer "Yes" if a popup box comes up.
	Step 4. You are ready to use Quote Manager
	
	After instalation, check your popups.

	This is just a basic quote system. It's only value is in storing LOL-able
	of useful lines of text, and easy access/send to others. For more usage, start
	Quote Manager, and see quotehelp.txt file
