Instructions for installing mIRC-tac-toe:
1) Place the files tic.ini and window.ini in your mIRC directory.
2) In mIRC, type /load -rs tic.ini
3) Click yes if it asks you if you want to run the initialization section.
4) To challenge someone else, either type /tictactoe <nick>,
   right click on their nickname in a channel nickname list, or
   right click in a query window and pick "Play mIRC-tac-toe."
