.ini files doesn´t suport only numeric sections(e.g [123]) so there must be text in front of the numbers.

Browse - Loads .ini file
New File - Creates new .ini file(don´t type ".ini" ending to the file)
New section - Creates new section
New key - Creates new key
Rem section - Removes section
Rem key - Removes key
Clear file - Clears whole .ini file
Del file - Deletes .ini file
Change - Changes Section, key or value
