This addon allows a person to lookup a word using dictionary.com or
dict.org via a channel trigger '!define <word>' it pharses the html and msg's
the results. for personal use you can lookup a word by typing
/define <word> at the command line or by using the popup menu and of
course you have to be online when you do it. Setting the network trigger
to 'off' well disable the trigger even if the channel trigger is set to 'on'.

To load type this at a command line: /load -rs <directory>\Define.mrc
Channel trigger: !define <word>

Alias: /define <word>
