; WARNING: many channels will ban you for using XDCC leech scripts. While this is a silly rule,
; it is your responsibility. Use this wisely. Don't use it in such channels, or don't get caught.
; And play nice for the other people that want to use the XDCCs! If you leech em dry other people
; may be unable to get on.

1. Unload old script:
-First, save your xdccscript settings if you want to use them for the next version ("XDCC Menu > Settings Old Style
(Direct Menu Access) > Save XDCC Script Settings Profile").
-In your scripts editor, go to the "Remotes" tab. Go to any previous version of xdccscript.mrc or XDCCStealth.mrc
-In the script editor's menu, click "File > Unload".
-Repeat for any version you have of either script (xdccscript.mrc or XDCCStealth.mrc). In the 4.0 and higher versions,
all additional scripts that are part of the package should be unloaded automatically (check to be sure).
If not, give the command "/unloadXDCCStealth", and see if that helped.

2. When upgrading from version <2.0:
-Versions over 2.0 use a different way to index bots. If your old version was 1.xx, you will need to delete your XDCC script dir.
You'll have to rebuild your bot library. You can save your .q files, but the rest has to go.

3. Load new script:
   -Remove old script versions.
-Unrar the scripts into your main IRC dir. Overwrite any remaining old versions.
-Still in the remotes tab, "File" menu, click "Load". Select the (new) XDCCStealth.mrc.
-When asked to run initialisation commands, click Yes.
-Use the default settings, or load your own settings profile.

4. Notes:
-Please report any bugs to me in PM or txt file.
-If the script never asks you to run initialisation commands, your IRC version might block initialisations (i'm not sure if
this ever occurs). You can run the initialisation manually by entering the command "/initialiseXDCCStealth".
If this does not work, you will need to load the addons yourself, preferably in te following order:
    /load -rs XDCCStealthMultiSource.mrc
    /load -rs XDCCStealthDialogs.mrc
    /load -rs XDCCStealthSettings.mrc
    /load -rs XDCCStealthHelp.mrc
    /load -rs XDCCStealthMenus.mrc
    /load -rs XDCCStealthListeners.mrc
    /load -rs xdccmorebots.mrc
    /load -rs xdccscript.mrc
-This script works best when up/download windows are automatically closed when a fail or complete occurs.
In mIRC, go to "Options > DCC > Options", and check "Close Window > Send" and "Close Window > Get".
-If your mirc crashes and you lose your variables tab, you will need to reload your settings ("XDCC Menu > Settings Old Style
(Direct Menu Access) > Load Previously Stored XDCC Script Settings Profile")
Therefor, I recommend that you save your settings (unless you're using default settings, in which case you can choose
"Revert ALL Settings to their Default Values" from the same menu as before).
-Make sure you auto-get all incomming files.
-It's smart to have channels you wish to join on auto-join, but not absolutely necessary.
-I recommend leaving the directory and file settings for the script alone. I merely wrote those as an excercise, and they
are somewhat prone to bugs when altered if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
-If you want to use timed testing of available transfer slots/bandwidth, make sure you set your connection speeds properly.
