v0.2
----
* Fixed HTTP 301 redirect sometimes redirecting incorrectly.
* Fixed bad use of sockclose in favor of Content-Length/Connection
HTTP headers. This was causing the Web Interface to truncate any
page that took a while to render and was not proper HTTP behavior.
* Added no-cache HTTP headers to the Web Interface code for obvious
  reasons.
* Fixed minor bug in the /starttracker alias when used quietly.
* Added a webadmin page with tracker start/stop functionality.
* Added a favicon to the Web Interface.
