The bots with a +v and called offer bots, they are all t1 or faster.  To leech off them type '/msg <botnick> xdcc send #' where the # is you must type what pack you want 'ex. #2' It's that easy, and if you want something to be offered that isn't up there, please type '/msg Killar OFFER <what to offer>' it will be recorded and maybe offered.
