Colour Converter v2.5

* Function:

  - Converts RGB, CMY and HEX colors manually, by sliders or by using the color picker(new)
    - Converts RGB to CMY and HEX
    - Converts CMY to RGB and HEX
    - Converts HEX to RGB and CMY

* How to install:

  - Extract the dir called "cc" from this package into your mirc dir.
  - In mIRC, type "//load -rs $findfile($mircdir,colour.mrc,1)"
  - Thats it, you can now open the colour converter by typing "/colour" or using the channel, status or menubar popup.

* Comments:

  - mIRC v6.1 compatible
